New Bike Service Policy

Every new bike that we sell comes with manufacturer warranty*. We also include free lifetime adjustments on all new bikes. Free lifetime adjustments include: adjusting brakes, adjusting gears, and slight trueing of wheels. Free adjustments do not include: bleeding brakes, warranty replacement labor, or diagnostic work on E-bikes or electronic components. Bikes not maintained properly will have a $25 service charge.

*Manufacturers give lifetime warranty on the frame and a 1 year warranty on parts. (Some parts are subjected to longer warranties)

Tune Ups - $140
