Every bike is test-ridden after service, and we stand behind the quality of our work to keep you riding safely and confidently.

New Bike Service Policy

Every new bike that we sell comes with manufacturer warranty*.

We also include lifetime adjustments** on all new bikes.

*Manufacturers give lifetime warranty on the frame and a 1 year warranty on parts. (Some parts are subjected to longer warranties)

**Lifetime adjustments include: adjusting brakes, adjusting gears, and slight trueing of wheels. Free adjustments do not include: bleeding brakes, warranty replacement labor, or diagnostic work on E-bikes or electronic components. Bikes not maintained properly will have a minimal $25 service charge. These lifetime adjustments are available only to the original owner and are valid for up to 10 years on adult bikes and 3 years on kids bikes.

Full Tune Up - $150
Tune Up Without Bike Wash - $110

For the most comprehensive service and the best value, we recommend choosing our complete full tune-up. We also offer a la carte bike repairs if you're in need of a minor fix or adjustment. While we strive to complete all bike services as quickly as possible, turnaround times may be longer during peak seasons due to increased demand.
